More Support Info for Prop 1 Supporters Released

WASHINGTON (WHTC) – The avalanche of information ahead of the May 5^th statewide election on Proposal 1 continues. A report from the non-profit transportation research group The Road Information Program claims that the number of Michigan roads in poor condition is projected to increase to 53 percent by 2025 if funding isn’t “significantly” increased, while the number of structurally deficient bridges will climb to 14 percent in eight years. TRIP adds that it would cost over 14 billion dollars riight now to make repairs, but claim that this report was not being released in support of Proposal 1.
