LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Michigan State Housing Development Authority will have new leadership. The board of the agency selected former House Minority Leader Kevin Elsenheimer to replace Scott Woosley, who resigned last August after reports surfaced about alleged discrepancies involving expense reports. Elsenheimer has been a Chief Deputy Director of the state Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs since being term-limited out of the Legislature five years ago.
