ALLENDALE, MI (WHTC) – Grand Valley State University Trustees passed an Academic 2016 budget with a $163 per-semester tuition hike, which is under the 3.2% cap established by Lansing. A full-time, in-state Laker student will now dish out over $11,000 annually in tuition.
The GVSU spending plan includes a $2 million increase in student financial aid to $40.4 million, a 6% hike. Faculty and staff are also getting a nearly 3% raise in the new budget.
