LANSING, MI (WHTC) – MIRS News cites “multiple sources” in claiming that Governor Snyder has yet to talk about road funding with the quadrant of legislative leaders this year. A spokeswoman for Senate Leader Arlan Meekhof told the Lansing-based news agency that she wasn’t aware of such a meeting with the West Olive Republican, the Governor, Senate Minority Leader Jim Ananich, House Speaker Kevin Cotter and House Minority Leader Tim Greimel. The House and Senate passed separate road funding packages. The Lower Chamber is now off for a month, while the Senate is waiting for the House’s next move.
