LANSING, MI (WHTC) – Groups pushing to have initiatives that would repeal Michigan’s prevailing wage, ban fracking, require paid sick leave, legalize marijuana and allow mail-in votes, all on the November 8th, 2016 ballot, are required by law to submit financial reports to the Secretary of State’s office by the end of this business day. The Board of State Canvassers this week will also decide if petitions for sick time, mail-in voting and to increase the Corporate Income Tax can begin to be circulated statewide.
