GENEVA TWP., MI (WHTC) – Van Buren County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for whoever took 87 Green Blue Berry Lugs worth nearly twenty-seven-hundred dollars from a 16th Avenue blueberry farm near South Haven overnight. The lugs are marked Michigan Blueberry Growers Association and were stored in an unlocked building for shipping this morning. There were no signs of forced entry, and detectives believe that the perpetrators loaded the lugs onto a pickup truck or trailer. Tips to the Van Buren County Sheriff’s Office are welcome.
