LANSING, MI (WHTC) – MIRS News reports that Lieutenant Governor Calley admits “reprioritization within our current resources” will be needed to reach a road funding deal in Lansing. This comes as the state House and Senate are at an apparent impasse with separate plans that have varying degrees of new income and budget cuts. The “quadrant” of legislative leaders met this week with the Governor to discuss the road funding issue. The House and Senate are off until holding limited sessions in mid-August.
