LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Pure Michigan 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race is at the Michigan International Speedway this Sunday.
In an effort to assist race fans, the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) is posting race day travel information on the MDOT website at www.michigan.gov/mdot. Information on the site will include maps and information about statewide construction projects, and information about the inbound and outbound traffic patterns.
Motorists are encourage to download the Mi Drive traffic information app on their smartphones and mobile devices. The free app, available on iTunes and Google Play, provides construction and traffic incident information, real-time traffic cams, and National Weather Service forecasts.
