CHONGQING, China (WHTC) – On day four of an eight-day trade mission to China, Governor Snyder joined with the Chinese Minister of Commerce in signing a memorandum of understanding between Michigan and four Chinese provinces, along with the city of Chongquing. Michigan becomes the fifth state to enter an agreement of strengthening friendly contacts, industrial and agricultural exchanges, economic activities and trade, and other common interests with these five major industrial regions of China.
