LANSING, MI (WHTC) – The Speakers office is expected to release a “summary” of a state House Business Office investigation into the Cindy Gamrat-Todd Courser affair sometime today.
MIRS News reports that a special committee created to consider the matter could meet this week, even though Speaker Kevin Cotter has yet to appoint the committee.
The author of the full report says they found evidence of misconduct and misuse of taxpayer resources by the two freshmen Republicans.
The committee is expected to recommend to the full chamber what action should be taken against Gamrat of Plainwell and Courser of Lapeer.
