PAW PAW, MICH. (WHTC-AM) — An autopsy concluded that a body found in a wooded area in Columbia Township on Wednesday was that of 32-year-old Kimberly Bogseth.
Based on an investigation involving multiple agencies, the Van Buren County Prosecutor’s Office issued an arrest warrant for her husband, Brent Bogseth, on open murder charges. He was apprehended in the Chicagoland area on Thursday, with extradition efforts expected.
Bogseth was last seen in South Haven last week, with Van Buren County Sheriff’s deputies eventually turning to the public for help finding the Grand Junction woman.
The circumstances surrounding Bogseth’s death were not immediately disclosed.
