DETROIT, MI (WTVB) -The Detroit Pistons traded center Andre Drummond to the Cleveland Cavaliers for guard Brandon Knight, center John Henson and a future second-round pick.
Knight was drafted by Detroit in 2011, played for the Pistons for two seasons and has also spent time with Milwaukee, Phoenix and Houston. Henson was traded to Cleveland last year after spending seven seasons with Milwaukee.
Drummond was selected ninth overall by the Pistons in the 2012 draft. He averaged 14.4 points and 13.9 rebounds in his more than seven season with Detroit.
The Pistons are in Oklahoma City to tip off against the Thunder tonight. Detroit is coming off a 116-108 win over Phoenix on Wednesday, while Oklahoma City has won their last three games.
The Pistons are 19-and-34 on the season and in tenth place in the Eastern Conference.
