EAST LANSING, MI (WTVB) – Former Michigan State University football standout Henry “Hank” Bullough died Sunday at the age of 85.
Bullough earned a National Championship as a both a player for the Spartans in 1952 and a coach in 1965 and 1966. He captured a Super Bowl title as a member of the coaching staff for the Colts in 1970. He was an assistant coach at MSU for 12 years and spent over 20 seasons in the NFL with six teams, including the Lions.
Bullough’s legacy carried on at Michigan State as sons Shane and Chuck and grandsons Max, Riley and Byron were all letter winners for the Spartans.
