BENTON HARBOR, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Attending children will be able to reach for the sky to get Easter candy for an unique egg hunt announced in Benton Harbor.
The Southwest Michigan Egg Drop will take place at 11 A.M. on Saturday, April 11th at Overflow Church on E. Napier Avenue.
Organizers are saying that with the help of local organizations, helicopter crews will be able to drop 10,000 eggs for participants to collect.
Featured during the event are three seperate hunts, and two egg drops from helicopters. Seperated by age category, the egg hunts will be designated for infants through 3-year-olds, 4-year-olds through second graders, and third through fifth graders.
The egg drop is free and open to the public, but pre-registration and more information can be found at their website.
