COLDWATER, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Police say a man accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl has been arrested and is facing multiple charges.
Justin Veden was taken into custody Wednesday, March 4, 2020 for multiple warrants.
He’s accused of allegedly assaulting a 14-year-old girl in 2018, and stealing more than $1000 worth of merchandise from a Walmart location in 2017 with another suspect.
Veden is currently lodged in the Branch County Jail, where he faces charges including two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, first-degree retail fraud, failure to appear and obstructing police.
