KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Kalamazoo State Theatre has announced new dates for several shows that had to be postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
According to the theatre website, tickets purchased for a rescheduled event will automatically transfer to the new date. However, some shows have been canceled altogether.

- Kalamazoo Academy of Rock – Original date: March 21 / New date: May 17
- 1964 The Tribute – Original date: March 27 / New date: February 13, 2021
- NPC Bodybuilding – Canceled
- Buddy Guy – Original date: April 1 / New date: October 22
- HouseSitter (film) – Original date: April 4 / New date: Pending
- REO Speedwagon- Original date: April 17 / New date: October 30
- Tommy Emmanuel- Original date: April 22 / New date: January 13, 2021
- Almost Queen – Original date: April 24 / New date: September 26
- Igudesman & Joo – Canceled
- Nitty Gritty Dirt Band – Original Date: May 15 / New Date: September 12
For the events that were canceled, the theatre says Ticketmaster’s standing policy to automatically refund the full cost of the ticket and fees to the original purchaser’s credit card.
Due to the high volume of cancellations, a refund may take up to 30 days.
Additionally, theatre officials say that further cancellations and postponements may still be issued in the coming weeks, as the COVID-19 outbreak is an ongoing situation. All changes and updates will be shared through the theatre website and its social media channels.
