DOWAGIAC, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team (CCDET) is reporting that one man has been arrested after a meth bust in the City of Dowagiac.
Detectives say that the arrest happened Wednesday after a probation check in the 100 block of Halstead Street.
Detectives located methamphetamine and related paraphernalia in the residence.
The 45-year-old male suspect was arrested on charges of possession. The investigation remains ongoing at this time.
This is only the latest drug bust to occur in Cass County. Last month, police made another arrest of a suspect during a probation check, who was also brought in for methamphetamine possession.
