COLDWATER, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — The Branch County prosecutor’s office has received a report from the State Police in connection with the Capri Drive-In Theatre, which re-opened last weekend.
County Prosecutor Valerie White says her office is looking into the action, which appears to violate the Governor’s executive order.
A State Police trooper was called to the theatre last week after the MSP received a complaint.
White said that state officials are also looking into the situation. Owners of the drive-in are planning to be open again this weekend, and stated last week that they had placed appropriate safety measure in place.
