PRAIREVILLE TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Barry County Sheriff deputies are investigating after two boats crashed on a lake near Plainwell.
Their marine division was dispatched to Pine Lake in Praireville Township around 9:15 p.m. Thursday after a ski boat towing a knee boarder collided into a fishing boat.
The two men in the fishing boat were thrown into the water. They were then helped into the ski boat and taken to shore.
Authorities say there were minor injuries reported but no other details have been released at this time.
What prompted the boating crash is still unknown.
