VAN BUREN COUNTY (WKZO AM/FM) — A South Haven man is dead after a crash in Geneva Township.
It occurred on County Road 687, north of 8th Avenue, around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Van Buren County Sheriff deputies say the victim was driving southbound in his 1968 Cadillac when he lost control, went off the road, and struck a tree.
He was taken to Bronson Methodist in Kalamazoo where he was pronounced dead.
The victim’s name is being withheld until family is notified and officers say he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt.
