KALAMAZOO (WKZO AM/FM) — A weekend water main break on Lowell Street in the Milwood Neighborhood prompted health officials to issue a boil water advisory for homeowners who may be affected by any biological contamination that may have gotten into the lines when there was a drop in pressure.
Tests have been conducted and they show no signs of the contamination they had feared, and so they have ended the advisory.
Included in the Advisory area were homes on Lowell between Cambridge Drive on the north and East Cork Street to the south.
