SOUTHWEST MI (WKZO AM/FM) — Thursday night’s stormy weather is causing a number of problems for residents in southwest Michigan and northern Indiana.
Around 9 a.m. Friday Indiana Michigan Power‘s outage map showed over 3,500 customers without power between the two states.
Several scattered outages were reported near Schoolcraft, Vicksburg, and Mattawan, causing issues like out traffic lights during the Friday morning commute.
Schoolcraft community Schools were placed on a 2 hour delay Friday due to the outage.
