DIMONDALE, MI — The Summit Sports and Ice Complex in Dimondale is closing its doors after 22 years in operation.
The sports and event center hosted a variety of sporting events, ice hockey tournaments and RV shows. The owners say the COVID-19 shutdowns were too much to overcome.
The Summit served as home ice for the Lansing Wolves Hockey Club as well as other teams and tournaments.
The facility in Dimondale featured two sheets of ice, a gymnastics training center and exhibition space.
