GM to reveal new model Corvette this summer

(KALAMAZOO MI) (WKZO AM/FM) — General Motors has a big change in store for the beloved classic sports car.  WOOD TV reports that GM confirms the engine in the new model is being moved from under the hood to being tucked between the passenger compartment and the rear wheels.  Chevrolet says the new Corvette will be “the sum of each generation before it”, but will “stand alone as the new standard of performance.”  The next generation sports car will be revealed this summer, July 18^th.
