KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A suspect is now in custody after a stabbing in Kalamazoo’s Edison Neighborhood.
Public Safety officers were called to the 900-block of James Street just after 9 p.m. Tuesday where they found the victim who said they were stabbed by a known subject during a verbal argument.
The victim was rushed to Bronson Hospital, treated, and later released with non-life threatening injuries.
Officers then located the suspect, a 40-year-old Kalamazoo resident, who admitted to the stabbing and they were arrested for felonious assault.
