LANSING (WKZO AM/FM) – State Attorney General Dana Nessel has initiated legal action against four lawyers, including three from Michigan, in connection with the effort to overturn the 2020 election.
Nessel said that the action was necessary, as the attorneys involved must be held accountable for violating their oath, and that in addition to recovery of legal costs, she will seek disciplinary action by the state bars in Michigan and Texas.
One of the lawyers named in the case is Sidney Powell, who played a prominent role in the effort to get the fair results overturned in favor of the former President.
