ASSYRIA TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A two-vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Barry County has sent a 19-year-old man from Coldwater to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
He was in a GMC Acadia that was turning onto Tasker Road in Assyria Township from southbound M-66 when the vehicle was hit by a Toyota Camry going at what deputies say was a high rate of speed.
Several people in the Acadia were ejected and three others are also hospitalized.
The crash happened at 2:45 p.m.
