SOUTH HAVEN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 26-year-old South Haven man is facing charges of fourth-degree criminal sexual conduct, assault with intent to commit a felony, assault, and more.
He was arrested early Wednesday morning after police responded to the victim’s call that he assaulted them at a home on Phoenix Street near Cherry Street.
The suspect was arrested during a traffic stop a few blocks away.
No names have been revealed.
