OSHTEMO TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A 21-year-old man from Illinois is dead after being struck by a vehicle on northbound US-131 Saturday night.
The Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office says the man was struck around 10:20 p.m. near the 37 mile marker in Oshtemo Township.
No information has been released on why the man was on the roadway, and the investigation continues.
Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Michigan State Police, Western Michigan University Police, LIFE EMS, and Oshtemo Township Fire Department.
