KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – James Corey has been announced as the new vice president and chief development officer of Bronson Healthcare.
He brings over 16 years of senior advancement leadership experience, and will lead the Bronson Health Foundation and its fundraising in support of Bronson Healthcare’s work to expand access, advance exceptional care, and improve the health of southwest Michigan residents.
Corey comes to Kalamazoo after serving as the vice president of university advancement and alumni engagement at the University of Tulsa in Oklahoma.
His career also includes senior advancement leadership roles at American University and the University of Michigan, where he was known for strengthening donor relationships and helping institutions exceed philanthropic goals.
He and his wife, Alison, are both thrilled to be returning to their native state.
A welcome reception to introduce Corey to the community will be planned for this spring or early summer.
