KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Parking in downtown Kalamazoo is changing in April.
It will cost $2 an hour for on-street parking in the central core of the city, including along the Kalamazoo Mall, $1.50 per hour for a few blocks outside of that area, and free on all other streets downtown.
The city is continuing to offer free 90-minute parking at the Epic Center and Kalamazoo Mall parking ramps, and 18 merchandise pickup zones with free parking for 15 minutes are also being added.
The metered parking will begin daily at 10 a.m.
