OTSEGO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Bittersweet Resort is the first ski area in west Michigan to open for the season.
They are welcoming skiers starting today at 3 p.m., and they have 20 runs open.
Timber Ridge Ski Area opens Saturday for tubing and a spokesperson says they are hoping to open for skiers and snowboarders December 13th.
Cannonsburg has not set an opening date for this winter yet, but officials there say they are hoping to be open Friday, December 12th.
