BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Three Calhoun County judges have been reappointed for two-year terms starting January 1, 2026.
The Michigan Supreme Court took the action for Judge Sarah Lincoln, Judge Jason Bomia, and Chief Judge Michael Jaconette.
Jaconette has been Calhoun County Chief Judge since 2016 and is also the Chief Probate Judge of the Calhoun County Probate Court, where he has served since 2011.
Lincoln is a 37th Circuit Court Judge and was elected in 2014 and reelected in 2020.
Bomia was appointed to the 10th District Court by Governor Whitmer in 2019, retained the bench in the 2020 election, and was reelected in 2022.
