DETROIT, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The Detroit Tigers are facing elimination in the American League Divisional Series this afternoon.
The Seattle Mariners took a two-games-to-one lead over Detroit yesterday with an 8-to-4 win at Comerica Park.
Logan Gilbert earned the win for Seattle, allowing one run and striking out seven in six innings.
Jack Flaherty took the loss for the Tigers, allowing four runs on four hits.
Casey Mize will start today for Detroit.
