LANSING, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A man from Bayside, New York will spend the next 366-days in federal prison after pleading guilty to threatening Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
Forty-year-old Kevin Delgado selected Nessel for the threats over her being a lesbian and Jewish.
He posted a response to her picture with a friend posted October 21, 2023, the day her friend had been killed, saying “watch every step u take u disgusting drunk dyke nazi you will be #murdered.”
Delgado pled guilty to transmitting threats in interstate commerce.
