COLDWATER, MI (WTVB) – It’s that time of year that fall allergies start up. Doctor Sandra Hong, an allergist for Cleveland Clinic says now is a good time to dust and vacuum to ease allergy symptoms, especially in the bedroom.
She recommends frequently washing bedding and considering using dust mite covers and changing air filters in the furnace before turning on the heat.
For people dealing with nasal congestion, nasal sprays are recommended.
