OTSEGO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Backpacks and school supplies for students are available this afternoon for free at Northside Park on Watson Street in Otsego.
It is the final event for the Otsego Summer Fun Days series.
The city of Otsego, Otsego Public Schools, and Together Otsego Prospers are holding the event and say it is the culmination of several months of planning and coordination.
Everything available for students was donated by local residents and businesses, and this is the fifth year of the event.
Lunch will be served at noon, and the giveaway will start at 1 p.m.
