DIMONDALE, MI — Michigan State Police (MSP) is inviting the public to a free event they are calling “Safety Day” on Tuesday. It will be held outside at MSP headquarters located at 7150 Harris Drive in Dimondale, Michigan.
The event will feature 40 stations that include fingerprinting, a hidden-in-plain-sight display trailer highlighting substance abuse in teens and a child safety seat inspection station. MSP will also have a vehicle temperature demonstration to exhibit how dangerous hot cars are for kids.
The annual MSP Safety Day event is on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at MSP headquarters in Dimondale.
