KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Thousands of people took part in the 46th Zeigler Kalamazoo Marathon on Sunday, with nearly 400 running the full marathon.
Zeigler Auto Group’s Aaron Zeigler says the event is about building a healthy community and added there was a lot of energy for the race.
Audio PlayerThe full marathon started at 7 a.m., followed by the half marathon and relay at 8:05 a.m., and then the 10K and 5K runs.
Kalamazoo’s Seth Essling won the marathon.
