AUDIO: Final trimester underway at Kalamazoo Public Schools

KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The final trimester in Kalamazoo Public Schools begins today, as the district will be changing back to semesters this fall.

Superintendent Dr. Darrin Slade says this is a good time for parents to check on the progress of their students as they head towards the home stretch to verify they are on track to move on to the next grade.

Dr. Slade says it’s not too late for a student who has fallen behind to catch up.

Parents can go to the PowerSchools Parental Portal at the district website to check and verify.
