JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israeli hostage Arbel Yehud has been handed over to the Red Cross, Israel’s channel 12 said, as footage showed her surrounded by a surging crowd and armed Palestinian militants in a chaotic scene in southern Gaza on Thursday.
