KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Four people have been arrested by the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team as they served four search warrants on January 16 and January 23.
The first search warrant was carried out in the 1900 block of South 11th Street in Oshtemo Township and resulted in officers seizing a half-ounce of heroin, a stolen gun, and equipment used to process, manufacture and sell drugs. A 34-year-old man was arrested.
The other warrants were done in the 100 block of East Dunkley Street and 900 block of Princeton Avenue in the city of Kalamazoo and the 3600 block of Borgess Drive in Kalamazoo Township.
Officers seized around 15 pounds of methamphetamine, eight ounces of fentanyl, one ounce of crack cocaine, three guns, and a large amount of money believed to be drug sale profits.
They arrested a 35-year-old man and two 29-year-old men in those raids.
No names have been released, and all four are in the Kalamazoo County Jail facing several felony charges.
