COMSTOCK TOWNSHIP, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – The new members of the Comstock Township board of trustees have rejected a motion that would have limited who has access to the township attorney.
New Supervisor Ben Martin brought forward the motion to only allow himself, the township superintendent, and township clerk to work with the township attorney.
Martin says his lawsuit against the township last year that is still pending was not the impetus for the motion.
