NEW YORK (Reuters) – The two former Georgia election workers who won a $148 million judgment against Rudolph Giuliani filed a civil lawsuit against him on Friday, seeking to enforce a lien against his Palm Beach, Florida condominium.
Ruby Freeman and her daughter Wandrea’ “Shaye” Moss accused Giuliani of falsely claiming that the condominium was now his primary residence, to take advantage of Florida law shielding a person’s “homestead” from efforts to satisfy a court judgment.
