CENTREVILLE, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Fired St. Joseph County assistant prosecutor Deborah Davis will become the county’s new prosecutor after yesterday’s primary.
Davis defeated incumbent Prosecutor David Marvin and former prosecutor John McDonough in the Republican primary and does not face an opponent in the November election.
She had been fired earlier this year for allegations of making false statements in court.
Davis denies the accusations.
