KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Police say seven people were arrested after drug investigators with the Kalamazoo Valley Enforcement Team (KVET) served a search warrant in the 1000 block of Hays Park Avenue.
They say over a dozen adults were contacted on the premises police arrival. A search of the home yielded several types of drugs, evidence of drug use, and sales.
Officials with the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety say the residence came to light after neighbors made complaints about excessive vehicular and foot traffic, suspicion of prostitution and drug sales.
The seven were arrested on a variety of outstanding warrants, and additional charges will be sought against numerous others for drug charges.
