ALLEGAN, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – An Allegan County man has been sentenced to between 10 and 15 years in prison.
Nathaniel Patrick was convicted in March of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and/or strangulation along with one charge of domestic violence.
He also later pled guilty to another charge of assault with intent to do great bodily harm or strangulation along with second-degree child abuse.
The Allegan County Sheriff’s Office says Patrick strangled two women with whom he was romantically involved in 2022 and also tried to drown the infant child of one of them. The child had been put into a bathtub and he started the water before returning to assault the mother again.
The baby was saved from drowning.
