KALAMAZOO, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – A house fire in Kalamazoo is under investigation.
Kalamazoo Public Safety responded to the fire around 8:20 Sunday night in the 600 block of Village.
Heavy fire and smoke were seen coming froom the front of the home and the attic was also burning.
It took firefighters about four hours to get the fire out. The residents were able to escape without being hurt and no firefighters were injured.
The American Red Cross is helping the residents.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.
