ATHENS, MI (WNWN/WTVB) – A 27-year-old Kalamazoo man was injured Saturday in a rollover crash near Athens.
The Michigan State Police from the Marshall Post say the crash happened on M-66 and O Drive South.
Troopers were told by witnesses that the driver was traveling northbound at a high rate of speed. The driver then lost control of the vehicle, went off the road to the right and rolled over.
The unidentified man was transported to Bronson Methodist Hospital with serious injuries by Lifecare Ambulance.
Besides Lifecare ambulance, the State Police were assisted by the Athens Fire Department, Tribal Police Department, and the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department.
