HARTFORD, MI (WKZO AM/FM) — A Hartford middle school teacher is facing three charges each of distributing and possessing child pornography and two charges of using a computer to commit a crime.
Michigan State Police arrested 50-year-old Phil McAndrew on the charges and his bond has been set at $50,000s.
Police say they found the material on a computer in his home.
